ICO Commercial Completes Two Retail Leases Totaling 6,252 SF in Sugar Land, TX

Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial successfully completed two retail lease transactions at 1226 Museum Square in Sugar Land, Texas, totaling 6,252 SF.

Suite 800, consisting of 3,336 SF, and Suite 700, totaling 2,916 SF, were leased on behalf of the Landlord, Rodfather's Properties. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov of ICO Commercial represented the Landlord in both transactions.

Chase McAteer of Oxford Partners represented the tenant for Suite 800, while Thomas Lee of CMK Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant for Suite 700.

These leases reflect continued retail demand in Sugar Land and underscore ICO Commercial's ongoing commitment to delivering strong results for property owners and tenants throughout the Houston region.
